FAQs

• RETURNS: Customers can return any items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
• PROCESS: To initiatea return, customers must contact the online store within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the store and will be issued a refund once the item is received and inspected.
• REFUNDS: Refunds will
  be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
• EXCLUSIONS: Clearance items and final sale items are not eligible for returns and refunds.
• SHIPPING: Please allow 3-5 days for your products to be shipped and three to four weeks for your package to arrive. 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for any items lost or not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Items marked undelivered due to these faults will be reissued and will incur an additional fee for re-shipping.
